Hi, Bruce is doing just great..thanks for asking. He's mainly going out with Arlo and crew, so we get him when we can. David's fortunate to have Marc Moss do the sound with the Quartet. He's also, conveniently a member of Angel Band! Nothing like double dipping. Thanks for asking after Bruce. I'll send your best wishes along to him. All the best, Nancy

Hi Nancy,
Sounds great!
Thanks for the reply.
I just got tickets for the Stroudsburg show at the Sherman too.
I was also wondering how Bruce the sound man is doing? I remember at the last round of Big Band shows he was laid up with some kind of stomach problem. I hope he is feeling better and ready to do more of his famous killer mixes.
I signed up today because I wanted to ask how Jen was doing. I'm an old friend of her stepfather Mike and have lost contact info for Jen and her mother Nancy. Please pass along my love and best wishes and ask to please contact me.

Hey Tom, As luck would have it Ram's Head will be the entire shebang: Quartet, Angel Band opening, perhaps a flying monkey or two...ya never know. We're looking forward to heading down a little south and making some noise. Glad you'll be with us! Best...Happy holiday season.. Nancy

I am a little confused. I am wondering if the Rams Head show coming up in March in Annapolis is with the David Bromberg Quartet?
The David Bromberg website has the show listed as DB/AB. I believe that means David solo. On the Angel Band website the there is an asterisk next to the show listing indicating the show is with the David Bromberg Quartet.
Which is it? I am hoping the quartet! I already my have tickets.....so I'll see you there either way.

Can't thank you enough for the heartfelt comments. It's impossible to articulate this back and forth we feel with our community (those who've been with us at gigs) and it's truly validating to hear and see what the power of music can do. It's sure why we're giving it our all. The photos are killer! Thanks for sharing these. Safe, happy holidays.. best, Nancy

Listening to you perform live at the Lansdowne Folk club made my life better. Now when I listen to your recorded music, I have a place and time to go to. Thank you.
Here's is a link to the photos I took that night. I hope they remind you of that night and that you'll come back again sometime. Thanks

Sorry it wasn't working right. It was a hard hall to manage and I know Brian did the best he could...kinda like singing in the bathroom (if your bathroom had drums, bass, guitar and fiddle). We're working hard on the new CD which, I think, will include ALL the words. Thanks for coming out to see us...check our schedule (Chaplins, The Flash) for some upcoming gigs closer to home. Best, Nancy

I was at the Lansdowne Folk Club concert last night. Loved seeing you. Would have been great if I could have heard your lyrics. The sound system was awful. Whoever set it up favored the instruments over the voices. What a shame. Now I'm going to have to buy your albums just to find out what the song lyrics are! Really hoping to catch another concert soon. Hope you come back to Philly area in the Spring!

Our new guitar player, Christie Lenee, is a young whippersnapper from Tampa. She just moved to Philly a bit ago where Aly met her. David is going to be doing a bunch of interesting things (like playing gigs with Jorma, etc.) so we all decided it was time to spread our wings, hike up our diapers and move out of the shadow! I think Christie can fill the size 13's pretty d**n well! She's a hell of a presence onstage, too. thanks for asking...Nancy

Hi, I too like the new song and video very much. My question is did David get fired? I hope he did not do something bad like make a pass at one of the lovely angels, such as Nancy.

A1 - AW, it was soooo good!! What's an extra track squeezed in. It's a tradition! It had so much more energy and enthusiasm than past recorded renditions! - And it now has the Ali factor. It's ALMOST a different song. OK - I'll stop whining! At least I hope to hear it again in Vineland! I'm SURE I'll love the next CD almost as much as I do experiencing y'all live! Take care. - Don

I think the record company would have our heads!!!!!!!!!! We're in the studio right now trying to put together all the pieces for the next extravaganza. My guess is that you won't be disappointed with the choices we come up with...plenty of smokin' tracks, I think. Thanks for checking in.... Nancy

Just putting my two cents in (OK, AGAIN!): I know it's now a tradition for you to include "Angel of the Morning" on each CD. Could your next one include the AWESOME, ROCKIN' version, as you performed it at The Flash earlier this month? Thanks for taking the time to listen! CU@ The Fuel House next week. - D
We missed you, too, but got a great report. Can't wait to see the next one when we come out next time. Hey, you've got the hook up for a t-shirt! Yeah, the older David stuff sure is a weird reminder! love to you and special love and hugs to E.

Once again..congratulations from all us Angels. We had a wonderful time at the Great American. ALWAYS fun to be in SF, too. I'm not sure which song you're referencing...we've been doing different sets every night, so, on the "out of sight out of mind" paradigm.....???? that being said ALL the new stuff we're doing will be on the next CD. We're working on it over the next few months with most of the material already recorded. It'll probably see the light of day by Spring...keep checking the website. Thanks for sharing your special occasion with us Many more happy and healthy ones Nancy
